Clearpath AI, LLC ("Clearpath," "we," "us") operates clearpath.services. This policy describes what information this website handles. It's short because the site collects very little.
Nothing. This site has no accounts, no forms that submit to us, and no tracking or advertising cookies. The AI Snapshot calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
If you book a call, the embedded scheduler is provided by Calendly. The information you enter there (name, email, and any answers to booking questions) is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. We use it only to prepare for and conduct that conversation.
Pages on this site load resources from a small number of providers: Loom (embedded video), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Netlify (hosting, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested). Each processes that technical data under its own privacy policy. We do not add analytics or tracking on top of these.
Data handling within consulting engagements (including any client or taxpayer information) is governed by the written agreements for that engagement (mutual NDA and data-handling terms), not by this website policy. As a matter of practice, no client or taxpayer data is sent to external AI services without explicit consent.
Since we collect nothing directly, there's little to manage. If you've booked a call and want your information deleted from our records, email us and we'll take care of it.
